2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, when available, are subject to promotional terms and conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations.
  • Customers are requested to provide a valid contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after the delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

OGNEST will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.


8. Parcel Acceptance

Customers are requested to inspect the parcel upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, customers should:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the parcel.
  • Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Contact our customer support immediately.

A proper unboxing video helps us investigate and resolve genuine shipping-related issues efficiently.


9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Public holidays.
  • Transportation issues.
  • Courier partner operational delays.
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events.

Such delays are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.


10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order Number.
  • Photos or videos of the package and product.
  • A complete unboxing video (for damage or missing item claims).

We will work with our courier partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
